2012 GOALS

This is an ongoing, ever evolving list, but by putting it in print... I'm acknowledging my dreams and possibilities! Possibilities that are only possible with lots of hard work.
  1. 1,000 MILES IN 2012 So not happening this year.
  2. Sub 2hr Half Marathon
  3. Sub 5hr Marathon  I am not even sure that I want to do another full this year.
  4. Focus on stretch and strength and cross training to achieve the above!
  5. Eat to live, not live to eat.
  6. I don't want to put weight loss because if I can commit to the above things it is inevitable.
