First Impressions:
- Super easy to assemble, disassemble and clean. Major plus!
- Pretty quiet machine.
- The feed chute is kind of small so it helps to cut stuff down.
- Oh yeah and DELICIOUS!
I'd love to say that I came up with my own recipe right off the bad, but I didn't. I googled "best juice recipes" and landed on some blog called Prolific Living. I scrolled down the page and BAAM the motherload.
I started my morning off with the:
Perfect Morning Essential: 4-6 Carrots, 4 stalks of Celery, 1 Lemon , 1 Macintosh or Yellow Apple
Yep, you wouldn't think those things go together, but they do. It was sweet with a little tart from the lemon and it was a yummy way to start the day. I didn't get hungry until about 10am, then I ate a handful of almonds and that kept me spunky until lunch.
Juicing for the delicious win! Trying some beet juice thing tomorrow morning and the adventures continues.
