I went for a run this morning!!!
Okay, it may or may not have been 12 days since my last run, but really who's counting? My running bud Lisa texted me that she was considering some slow post Christmas miles and before I knew it I was committed to an 8am run.
5 miles in 50:29
I survived and it felt good to be outside. Thanks Lisa!
How was your Christmas?! Mine was friggin' sweet thanks to my dang awesome husband. He got me some sweet loot and we got to spend the whole day just hangin'.
How was your Christmas?
xoxo,

Hey! My hair was some kind of sweaty, too! I don't think our miles were as slow as I was anticipating, which means we are some pretty bad ass running chicks...that, and I had a LOT of refined sugars to fuel my run...
ReplyDeleteAww your kitty has really similar markings as my kitties! Nice job getting out there. Glad you had a nice Christmas!
ReplyDeleteWe had a great Christmas! Great job getting out and running today, 5 miles after so many days off is very great!!! I don't think your miles were very slow either, you did great!
ReplyDeleteI want to see the loot!
ReplyDeleteGlad you guys had a great Christmas! Ours was pretty amazing too.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you had an awesome Christmas!
ReplyDeleteI'm nervous as poop to start my Half Mary training next week, so stop telling me that your pace was easy. Gee whiz! : )
You're hilarious. As usual. Lazy Christmas is the way to go!
ReplyDeleteHahahaha, LOVE YO' HAIR!
ReplyDeleteNice job on the 5 mile run, Falon! Merry (belated) Christmas!
ReplyDeleteSounds like you had an awesome Christmas! Mine was okay..... I'm happy to be moving forward, to be honest! I get stressed out around the holidays with family, friends, food temptations, etc. I guess I'm just a "creature of habit" - I like things to be the same most days! :) Looking forward to hearing your goals for 2012 - hope they include the TC Marathon!!!!!
