Since Dam to Dam 20k is under five weeks away and my training has been lax since the half in March... I thought, "Hey, might be time to get off your ass." Since I have been reading and re-reading Kara's book, I decided to follow her easy peasy half training plan... the last five weeks of it anyway.
4.21 Miles in 42 Minutes. Tonight was an easy run and because Kara says so, I drank a glass of chocolate milk while I was stretching.
Then, I fried my husband some catfish. Cringe. Catfish is maybe my least favorite fish... I think it tastes like dirty water. Then, I tried Hungry Runner Girl's Broccoli Recipe.

I'd like to tell you that I didn't eat most of the contents of this bowl while my salmon was baking, but that would be a lie. I may lapse into a broccacoma here shortly.
